Financial manager in Ukrayinskiy Aptechniy Holding, TOV

Ukrainian Pharmacy Holding is one of the leading retail companies in the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine. We are constantly developing and expanding, so we are currently looking for a Financial Manager. 

Tasks you will work with:

1. Planning of spending money:

• Collection of information from initiators;
• Entering planning results into the accounting base;
• Analysis of deviation from the previous period;

2. Analysis of the plan and the fact of spending money for the reporting period:

• Correctness of the display of money according to the articles of the RGC;
• Analysis of deviations from the planned indicators;

3. Collection of information on management costs, entry into the accounting database:

• Advance reports;
• Wages;

4. Creating a report on income and expenses (P&L):

• Checking the correctness of the display of expense and income items;
• Summary of the report in Excel;
• Displaying the report in Power BI;

5. Analysis of the company's activity during the reporting period.

6. Participation in the optimization of business processes (creating tools for quick collection, entering information into the accounting program, writing instructions, etc.)

7. Replacement of the Treasurer during his absence (vacation, sick leave).

Wishes for the candidate:

• Higher or basic higher education in the specialty "Finance", "Economics", "Accounting";
• Knowledge of 1C UTP, BAS UT, KUP (as an advantage) Client-bank, Word, Excel, P&L
• Knowledge management and accounting;
• Practical experience with Google Sheets (preferred);
• Experience of working in a retail company or a holding company in a similar or functionally similar position for at least 2 years.
