Financial/investment analyst in SI Group, LLC

Strategic Investment Group is a multidisciplinary holding that unites businesses in the fields of IT, finance and development. We are rapidly growing and strengthening the investment direction team.
We are inviting a Financial / Investment Analyst to join the team, who will work on financial modeling, deep analytics and support of strategic investment decisions.

Main duties

1. Financial modeling and planning

• Creation and updating of complex financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) for existing businesses and new projects (MFI, Leasing, Development, IT).

• Scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis (Sensitivity Analysis).

• Calculation of investment indicators: IRR, NPV, ROI, Payback Period.

2. Business analytics and reporting

• Formation and improvement of key metrics for Business Review of subsidiaries.

• Preparation of regular analytical reports and dashboards on financial results and operational efficiency.

• Control of implementation of financial plans and achievement of business goals.

3. Support of investment processes

• Preparation of materials and presentations for the Investment Committee.

• Participation in Due Diligence of potential investment projects.

• CIO support in building internal processes and regulations of the investment department.

4. Operational support

• Organization and support of various CIO tasks.

• Interaction with heads of business areas to collect and verify data for financial models.

Experience and skills

• 3+ years of experience in the role of financial/investment analyst or business analyst (financial companies, consulting, FMCG, development).

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (arrays, complex formulas, Power Query is a plus).

• Experience in creating financial models from scratch.

• In-depth understanding of financial analysis, business valuation and management accounting (IFRS would be an advantage).

• Experience with Power BI.

Education

• Full higher education in finance, economics, mathematics.

• Additional certifications (ACCA, CFA, CIMA or similar) are a significant advantage.
