Financial Director / Financial Manager (group of companies) in HR Agency Key People

A Ukrainian company working in the fields of production, R&D and trade is looking for a Financial Director / Financial Manager who will be responsible for managing the financial function, ensuring transparency of financial flows and supporting management decisions, as well as accompanying the transformation of the company into a group of companies. The company is a resident of DIA.City.

Key areas of responsibility:

Financial accounting and reporting

• Organization and control of financial and management accounting for the company (with subsequent transition to a group of companies)

• Formation of consolidated reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)

• Preparation of regular management reporting for owners / management

• Ensuring the reliability of financial data and control of financial discipline

Building mutual settlements within the holding (after the transition to the group)

• Organization and control of intra-group settlements

Budgeting and financial planning

• Development and control of budget execution (operational & CAPEX)

• Financial planning and forecasting (cash flow, profitability)

• Analysis of deviations and preparation of recommendations for business

Control and optimization

• Cost control and increasing the efficiency of resource use

• Participation in the construction of financial policies and procedures

• Optimization of financial processes and accounting automation

Business interaction and support

• Interaction with by banks, auditors, tax consultants

• Support of department heads in financial matters

• Participation in strategic planning of group development

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting

• Work experience in the position of CFO / Finance Manager / Head of Finance from 3 years

• Experience working with groups of companies or holding structures

• Deep understanding of management accounting, financial reporting and budgeting

• Experience in building a financial function will be an advantage

• Confident command of Excel / financial models; experience with ERP/BI systems

• Understanding of the tax legislation of Ukraine
