Now the team has an open roleHR manager / recruiter - not just to "close vacancies", but to really influence what kind of people fill the space.

What is important to us:

• experience in HR or recruiting from 1 year

• ability to organize processes and keep focus as a result

• strong communication skills (and love for people, nothing without it)

• understanding of modern approaches to interviews and candidate evaluation

• responsibility for the full cycle: from search to adaptation

What you will do:

• finding "your" people in the team (not just candidates in the base)

• conducting interviews and accompanying candidates at all stages

• helping new employees to fit comfortably into the team

• improving HR processes and influencing them development
