Financial Director, Chief Accountant in Solar Van, TOV

We are a stable company that is actively developing. We specialize in import, wholesale and retail trade, and also run our own online store. We are looking for an experienced Financial Director / Chief Accountant who will take control of the company's financial processes and help us scale the business effectively.

Your key responsibilities:

• Team management: Formation of the financial and accounting department, recruitment, training and personnel management.
• International accounting and finance: Management of accounting and finance of foreign companies, opening accounts in foreign banks. Maintenance and reporting on CIC and TCO. Understanding the principles of tax accounting in European countries.
• Finance management: Management of the financial flows of the enterprise, control over the timeliness of payments.
• Organization of accounting and automation: Setting up work on managing LLCs (VAT payer) and FOPs (starting from registration). Automation of all accounting and financial processes of the company.
• Control of resources: Accounting and strict control over all assets and liabilities of the enterprise. Audits of warehouses, control of receivables and payables.
• Tax planning: Optimization of taxation under conditions of strict minimization of financial and legal risks.
• Interaction with institutions: Operational work with banks, timely submission accounting and tax reporting, communication with fiscal authorities.
• Development: Desire to constantly learn new things and generate ideas for the financial development of the company.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in the position of chief accountant / financial director (preferably in import or trade companies).
• Experience in recruitment and successful personnel management.
• Experience in managing accounting and finances of foreign companies and working with foreign banks.
• Confident command of 1C and implementation/automation skills business processes.
• Practical experience of working with CIC, TCO and foreign economic activity (FET).
• Ability to independently build financial processes, analytical thinking and a high level of responsibility.
