Therefore, we need a recruiter who feels the international market, knows how to work with different job sites and is not afraid of cultural differences.

Your tasks:

• Search and selection candidates;
• Conducting screenings and interviews;
• Working with different countries and job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, local sites);
• Communicating with candidates at all stages of recruitment;
• Contributing to the improvement of hiring processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from the 1st year;
• Ability to work with various search channels;
• Understanding of mass recruitment processes;
• Experience in recruiting sales managers will be a significant advantage;
• Orientation on the result and execution of KPI;
• Proficiency in English will be an advantage, but you can work with a translator)
