Financial Director (CFO) in BUDHAB

Budhab is one of the leaders of the construction equipment (formwork) market in Ukraine. We are among the top three players in the industry, growing rapidly, scaling projects, expanding the team and infrastructure. In this regard, we are looking for a strong Ffinancial director who can take on the day-to-day management of the business, systematize processes and ensure the effective implementation of the strategy.

Key areas of responsibility:1. Financial strategy and management

• Building a predictable, manageable and scalable financial system.
• Creating and implementing budgeting, financial models, regulations, cash flow rules.
• Regular financial analytics for management: P&L, Cash Flow, forecasts for 3-12 months.

2. Operational finance and control

• Control of cash flows, payment calendar, debtor and creditor.
• Implementation of inventory control system, working capital, purchases and logistics.
• Evaluation of economic efficiency of projects: margin, payback, investments.

3. Taxation and legal part

• Control of contracts: lease, purchase and sale, deeds, reconciliations.
• Ensuring transparency and compliance of financial processes.

4. Automation and systematization

• Building management accounting and transparent reporting.
• Automation of key financial operations and routine processes.
• Selection and implementation of financial control tools.

5. Team and development

• Strengthening and development of the finance team.
• Implementing standards, rhythms, deadlines and a culture of responsibility.
• Working with management as a strategic partner.

Our expectations for candidate:

• 3+ years of CFO / Head of Finance / financier experience.
• Experience of working in companies with complex operations and significant turnover (construction, distribution, production is a big plus).
• Strong command of financing, budgeting, Cash Flow, managerial modeling accounting, Google Sheets (MS Excel)
• Experience in building a financial function from scratch or transforming an existing one.
• Systematic, analytical, straightforwardness in decision-making.
• Ability to work at a fast pace with high requirements for accuracy.
