We are looking for a Manager/Chief Specialist/Cyber Security Incident Response.

We are looking for candidates to join our Cyber Security team. You will monitor, analyze and respond to cyber threats, implement solutions to improve security, and also work with modern SIEM, IDS/IPS solutions. in the direction:

• Information technologies.
• IT security.
• Cyber security.
• Information security.

Ready to perform the following duties:

• Real-time monitoring of cyber security operations and incidents using SIEM and IDS systems.
• Analysis and classification of information security incidents.
• Identification and response to potential and actual cyber attacks/cyber incidents.
• Investigation and response organization on potential cyber threats, forming analytical conclusions and proposals for their prevention.
• Setting up, maintaining and optimizing the system of SIEM and IDS OT systems (FortiNet, Nozomi).
• Developing rules, correlation scenarios and reports to identify threats, breaches and cyber security incidents.
• Interaction with departments to eliminate vulnerabilities.
• Creation of instructions and procedures to ensure the functioning of the monitoring system and incident management.
• Threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities, sources of threats, development of countermeasures and construction of methods for identification and notification of detected activity of sources of threats.
• Processing of requirements of state regulatory legal acts on issues of cyber security and assessment of their applicability to the environment of operational technologies.

And you also fully or partially meet the requirements:

• Practical knowledge and skills in the field of cyber security, IT security.
• Practical experience in working with monitoring and breach detection systems cyber security.
• Understanding the principles of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, FTP, etc.).
• Knowledge of the main methods of attacks and their detection methods (phishing, DDoS, SQL-injection, MITM, etc.).
• Experience in creating correlation rules for SIEM.
• Orientation in the requirements and controls of cybersecurity standards (ISO, NIST, CISA).
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly to potential cyber incidents or cyber breach policy
• English language at a level that allows working with system interfaces and technical documentation.
• Knowledge in the field of OT systems will be a plus (SCADA, ICS, Modbus protocols, IEC-104).

Your main tasks will be:

Ensuring the cyber security of the OT infrastructure (operational technologies), technological systems and equipment, taking into account the requirements of current legislation and regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of the Interior in the field of cyber security critical infrastructure of the energy sector, as well as the best industry standards and practices of NIST, ISO, CISA.
