FINANCIAL DIRECTOR (CFO) in Total Fitness

That is why we are looking for an experienced financial director who will help build a financially sustainable, large-scale and efficient company.

 What we expect from you:

• Experience of working as a CFO / head of the financial department from 3 years (in a network or service business is a big plus).
• Experience in building budgeting processes from scratch divisions
• Deep understanding of financial processes, investment planning, management accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, tax legislation and modern financial analysis tools.
• Practical experience in budgeting, building financial models, cost control.
• Ability to think strategically, argue a position and defend decisions.
• High responsibility, initiative and flexibility thinking.

• Participation in the development of the strategy for the development of the company and the network of clubs.
• Formation of financial, resource and investment policies.
• Organization of the effective work of financial and accounting departments.
• Budgeting, planning, control of financial implementation indicators.
• Analysis of profitability, risks and financial trends.
• Management of assets, investments, working capital.
• Ensuring reliable financial reporting for management and investors.
• Interaction with banks, auditors and regulatory bodies.
