• Successful experience of 3-4 years in a similar position with an emphasis on internal processes
• REQUIRED? LANGUAGE? FOOD production of the full cycle (ideally if it is meat, but it can be confectionery, chocolate, snacks, perishable products, drinks, ice cream)
• Experience in effective team management, achieving synergy and results, you are not the only warrior in the field

Your functional:

• Ensure the process of financial planning and budgeting, both in the short-term and long-term horizon
• ??Further introduction of Power BI reports at the enterprise
• Audit of current processes and proposals for its improvement
• Set up the process of qualitative financial analysis and compliance with key financial performance indicators (СF, P&L, BS)
• Control of budget implementation and budget indicators
• Control of tax planning
• Implementation of rationing and control of balances
• Ensure regular audits
