We are currently looking for a strong financial leader,CFO, who will lead the financial division of the company.

Your responsibilities:

• Formation and implementation of the company's financial strategy
• Management and coordination of all financial functions: accounting and tax accounting, management reporting, budgeting, financial planning
• Control of compliance with financial disciplines, effective management of cash flows and financial risks
• Team management: coordination of the work of the accounting service, management accounting, financial planning and analysis
• Analysis of key financial indicators and preparation of reports for management and shareholders
• Participation in the development of investment projects, monetization models and business scaling
• Building and optimization of business processes in the financial unit
• Interaction with external auditors, banks, regulatory bodies

Our expectations from the candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience in the positions of CFO / financial director / head of the financial direction
• Confidently manages accounting and management accounting, well understands the specifics of financial reporting
• Has experience in budgeting, financial modeling, building analytics
• Able to manage teams and build effective processes
• You have a system mindset, high degree of responsibility and proactive position
• You know the legislation from the point of view of taxation and financial regulation
• Knowledge of Excel at the level of modeling, 1C, BI systems (will be a significant advantage)
