Mission of the role:
Ensure transparent, managed and sustainable financial growth of the group, build
effective financial infrastructure and prepare the company for scaling.
The CFO is a strategic partner of the management and reports to the
Managing Partner Project.
Main areas of responsibility:
1. Financial strategy and management:
Formation and implementation of the group's financial strategy in accordance with the development plan.
Management of financial flows, capital structure and investment activities.
Attraction of financing from various sources (banks, partners, investors).
Preparation of financial models, forecasts and analytics materials.
Interaction with partners, banks, investors.
2. Budgeting and execution control:
Formation of the annual budget of the group of companies.
Building individual P&L for each clinic.
Control of budget execution (month / quarter / year).
Analysis of deviations and provision of recommendations.
Optimization of financial processes at the level of the group and clinic.
3. Financial processes, control and compliance:
Implementation of the financial control system.
Development of uniform financial management policies.
Coordination between:
internal financial service,
operational managers of clinics,
external auditors, lawyers, banks.
Ensuring transparent and timely reporting.
4. Automation and digitalization:
Creation of a modern financial IT ecosystem.
Development of veterinary EHR/CRM (based on Creatio).
Implementation of ERP in different countries.
Building a unified management accounting system.
Cooperation with the CIO on digital solutions.
Increasing transparency and availability of financial data.
5. Team management:
Formation and development of the financial team (accounting, analytics, controlling).
Building a partnership model of interaction.
Strengthening the support function of the finance department.
Uniform work standards in all countries of presence.
Requirements for candidate:
Professional experience:
5+ years in the positions of CFO / Head of Finance.
Experience in an international environment (Ukraine + EU).
In-depth knowledge of management accounting, budget
Interaction with banks, auditors, external providers.
Experience of financial process automation (ERP / CRM / BI).
Optimization of operational and financial processes.
Key competencies:
Development of financial models, forecasts, analysts.
Strategic thinking + operational involvement.
