Key requirements:
- Higher specialized education (accounting, finance, economics);
- Deep knowledge of Excel, 1C 8.3, the ability to create presentations with graphs in PowerPoint;
- English language at the level of understanding and the ability to communicate with colleagues at prof. topics (required);
- Additional plus — practical skills in production and crop production;
- Availability of managerial qualities;
- Analytics, logic, independence, initiative, curiosity, the ability to teach and transfer knowledge.
Key tasks:
- Budgeting (annual and monthly P/L, monthly Cashflow);
- Development of a system of standards (for calculating variable costs, sales planning, etc.);
- Financial analysis;
- Management profitability and liquidity of the business (including working capital);
- Control (implementation of the budget; correctness, completeness and timeliness of the display of documents in the accounting system and the distribution of income and expenses in substance operations and taking into account allocation keys by cost centers);
- Invest. analysis (NPV, payback), simulation (what-if) analysis;
- Project management (participation in accounting and budgeting, optimization of business processes, internal controls, risk management, etc.);< /li>
- Readiness for business trips abroad (if necessary).
