Project Manager of the Retail Lending Methodology Department of the Department of Credit Analysis of Retail Business

Bank Credit Dnipro is looking for a Project Manager for < strong>retail lending methodology department. If you have similar experience in the retail lending methodology division and are eager to implement large-scale projects in a modern bank, this vacancy is for you!

Main duties:

• Development and updating of internal regulatory documents of the Bank regarding retail lending to individuals.
• Development of methodology and rules for assessing borrowers within the framework of retail banking products lending to individuals (key products "Instalment", "Payment in installments", "POS lending", lending through the Mobile application).

• Participation in the development and writing of business requirements and technical tasks for the automation of retail lending processes for individuals (key products "Installment", "Payment in installments", "POS crediting", crediting through the Mobile application).
• Systematic analysis of the Bank's loan portfolio with the aim of revising the rules of lending and updating approaches to methods of evaluating the Bank's customers.
• Preparation of materials for further submission to the Bank's Credit Committee.  

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher economic education.
• Work experience: from 2 years in the field of retail lending or methodology (experience in the banking sector is desirable).
• Professional skills: knowledge of the banking legislative framework and regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine (hereinafter - the NBU), knowledge of retail credit products, possession of tools for building retail lending processes (key products "Installment", "Payment in installments", "POS lending", lending through the Mobile application).
• Additional skills and knowledge: knowledge of retail credit products on collateral lending (" "Mortgage" (including "e-Oselya")" - primary / secondary market, "Pledged real estate", "Pledged deposit")
• Personal skills: attentiveness, responsibility, organization, analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team.
• Mandatory skills: experience with a PC, mastering the MS Office suite of programs, skills/practical skills in writing regulatory documents of the Bank for retail lending.
• Additional skills (will be an advantage): knowledge / practical use of SQL.
• Availability military registration document (for men).
