KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED AND SKILLS:

• Higher education (economics, finance, accounting or related specialties)
• 4+ years of work experience in the field of finance: financial analyst/economist; accountant; finance/accounting/ ERP/budgeting consultant
• Understanding the basic principles of finance and accounting, ability to read financial statements (P&L, Balance, CF)
• Experience with budgets (plan/fact, base models, variance analysis)
• Confident user of Excel and MS PowerPoint

BASIC DUTIES:

• Collection and structuring of input information: financial statements, management reports, regulations, accounting data, contracts and other documents related to the budget process
• Preparation of working files for analysis (decodings, reconciliations, analytical tables, basic budget modelsiv)
• Participation in conducting interviews with client representatives, recording requirements and summarizing the received information
• Description of current budgeting business processes and related financial processes in the form of diagrams, text descriptions, checklists
• Preparation of drafts of methodological documents (regulations, regulations, description of budget forms) based on the experience of a senior consultant
  - Participation in the formation of business requirements for the system: filling in the requirements templates, reference books, calculation logics
  - Preparation of training materials for users (brief instructions, screencasts, presentations), participation in trainings and user support in the first weeks of work system
