POSITION: Sales Analyst

JOB FORMAT:Office

LOCATION: Kyiv, near Sevastopol Square (Solomyansky District)

SCHEDULE OF WORK:Office | Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00

HIRING IN THE COMPANY'S STATE:social guarantees according to the legislation of Ukraine

PROBATIONARY PERIOD:3 months

TASKS FOR THE POSITION:

• Keeping a report on export sales: entering invoices, analysis of sales by clients, by managers
• Maintenance of a weekly sales report in accordance with the forecast of the general report on the company's sales
• Formation of OP on a monthly basis. Collection of information from managers, consolidation, comparison with the budget, the previous year, making adjustments, control of the correctness of entered data by articles, prices
• Weekly plan of shipments by customers, entering all data into the system by OP: transport costs, fixed costs, CF per month
• Budgeting: sales plans, transport cost plan, fixed cost plan.
• Formation of price indexes by to all customers, updates when receiving a new cost price, analysis of changes and the need to adjust price prices
• Providing prices to managers upon request
• Analysis of MD3 when receiving data on the fact of sales, comparison with expected indicators, monthly report on MD3
• Calculation of bonuses for managers, monthly
• Control of receivables by clients, control of currency receipts and execution of the set receipts plans.
• Entering the receipts plan, fixed expenses plan, transport and customs expenses plan in 1C
• Formation of plans | registers of receipts and payments per month, control | reconciliation of payments
• ABS - analysis. Performing analytical tasks at the request of the manager

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Higher education
• Relevant work experience as an analyst | financier | economist in sales, preferably in the FMCG field (we consider candidates with a desire to develop in the field of analytics)
• Ability to form and implement reporting based on large volumes of data
• Organization of effective interaction between departments
• High analytical abilities, planning skills, working with large amounts of data and information
• Confident command of programs (MS Excel, Access, 1C |. BAS)
• Developed analytical abilities
• High level of customer orientation and business involvement, active life position, initiative, motivation for self-development, openness
• Ability to work in multitasking mode, service approach to work
• Aiming at achieving the maximum result
