Please note that this role is primarily compensated in the form of 90% stock options and 10% of salary.

Education and experience:

-Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or related disciplines .

-Experience in financial analysis, accounting or economic planning.

-Experience in startups or fast-growing companies will be an advantage.
 

Professional skills:

-Ability to prepare and analyze cash flow reports and profit and loss (P&L) reports;

-Experience forecasting cash flows and financial results;

-Conducting cohort analysis to assess repeat consultations and clients;

-Conducting detailed financial analysis to support management decisions, particularly in different data cuts;

-Calculation of LTV (Lifetime Value) and Unit economics;

-Compilation and control of budget implementation (plan/fact) per month;

-Financial modeling, cost calculation startup, development of financial hypotheses, calculation of necessary investments and forecasting their return;

-Ability to detect and prevent cash gaps;

-Control of the effectiveness of invested investments;

- Setting up and working with dashboards;

Additional skills and knowledge:

-Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial models (Excel, Google Sheets, specialized programs);

-Understanding the principles of startups and venture financing;

-Experience with CRM systems and other customer data management tools will be an advantage;
