Mission of this role:

Ensure the financial stability and transparency of the company, acting as a key partner for the CEO in strategic decisions. Build an effective system of budgeting, management accounting and control, which allows you to monitor the profitability of channels, avoid cash gaps and make informed management decisions.

Key qualities of the candidate:

·       Financial strategist: sees the connection between numbers and real business, forms development scenarios, and not only report.

·       Analyst and process architect: creates from scratch a simple and working financial management system.

·       Honesty and responsibility: shows real numbers, explains risks and is not afraid to say “it won’t work”.

·     Communicator: easily explains the complex to the team, CEO, owners.
