Financial analyst (commercial direction) in Farmak

As part of the strengthening of business analysis, we are expanding the team of the Finance Directorate and are looking for a Financial Analyst to Department of Controlling and Management of Business Efficiency. The role involves a close partnership with the export commercial team, participation in the IBP/forecast cycle, control of commercial costs and preparation of analytics for management decisions and TOP management.

Basic responsibilities include:?

• Perform the role of business partner for the commercial service of the export direction;
• Responsible for the calculation of commercial expenses for the export direction for the month;
• Participate in the monthly forecasting cycle of IBP: sales volumes, gross revenue and profitability;
• Calculate detailed variation analysis of deviations relative to the annual plan and previous periods;
• Conduct fact vs. plan vs. forecast of volumes, revenues, profitability in different sections;
• Participate in scenario forecasting assessing risks and opportunities provided by commercial services and their impact on financial indicators;
• Calculate and provide recommendations on tender prices and evaluate their impact on profitability;
• Analyze the profitability of directions, countries, clients, portfolios, brands, departments and other divisions;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly reports within the area of responsibility;
• Take an active part in the preparation of ad-hoc reports, analysts and other initiatives of the department;
• Play an important role in the automation of reporting, continuous improvement of processes and controlling tools (accuracy, speed, analysis) 2 years old)
• Advanced benefitMS Office Excel / PowerPoint user, Power BI / QlikView is a plus
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly
• Well-developed communication skills, initiative and team work
• Knowledge of financial and management accounting
• Knowledge of forecasting and budgeting approaches
• English language level: intermediate

Working schedule: MON-FRI 08:00—17:00, FRI 08:00—16:00 (and in the summer until 15:00)
