Financial analyst / Business analyst in Garant i Partnery

Field:"Guarantor and Partners" is a production company that has been working in the field of medals, tokens, and souvenirs for over 25 years.
We work with materials, inventory and production planning, so it is critical for us to have clear financial control.

• Control of the company's financial results deviations

• Preparation of regular financial reports for the owner

• Analysis of purchases: prices, suppliers, efficiency

• Control of warehouse balances, turnover of goods

• 
  

• Formation and support of budgets (month / quarter / year)

• Financial planning and forecasting

• Financial audit and analysis of company results for the period (month, quarter)

• Preparation of analytical reports with conclusions and recommendations

• Consultations for the manager on strategic financial decisions

• Structuring and Controlpersonal finances of the manager

Reporting for the manager on personal finances (monthly):

• Weekly / monthly: total account balance, distribution of funds by currencies and banks, movement of funds, opening and closing of deposits, monthly reports.

Approach to work:

Analyst connects to the database, conducts analysis and provides structured conclusions in three blocks:

1. What works stably and continues to work

2. Redundant or duplicated work that can be optimized

3. Your personal recommendations to improve, improve and optimize financial analytics (new articles, expenses, planning, etc.)

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience as a financial analyst / financier / economist

• Understanding of management accounting, budgeting, cash flow

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and give structured conclusions

• The ability to explain numbers clearly, not in “accounting language”

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in manufacturing or trading companies

• Working with purchases and warehouse balances

• Experience of interacting directly with the business owner
