In connection with the growth of the company and the development of internal financial processes, we are looking for an attentive and systematic Financial analyst.

If you do not just create reports, but analyze costs, see financial patterns, help businesses make informed decisions and want to build a management analytics system, we are on the way. 

Your key tasks:

• Building and developing a management accounting system

• Development and implementation of management financial reporting forms

• Analysis of income and expenses, control of the correctness of their breakdown by article

• Formation and control of budgets, conducting plan-fact analysis

• Participation in the implementation and configuration of management accounting in BAS

• Development of technical tasks for the automation of financial processes in the system

• Optimization and automation of financial analysis processes

• Preparation of analytical reports for management and recommendations for increasing cost efficiency

• Interaction with accounting and other departments to form a unified system of financial data

We expect from you:

• Experience of working as a financial analyst / financial manager from 2 years

• Experience in building or developing management accounting

• Understanding the relationship between accounting and management accounting

• Practical experience with BAS will be an advantage

• Experience in automating financial processes and reporting

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and systematic approach to work

• Ability to work with large volumes of data and transform it into understandable business analytics
