Financial analyst in Fozzy group

We are strengthening the finance team in one of the business areas, namely Fozzi Media, and therefore we are looking for a Finance analytics.

Your tasks in the position:

• Financial analysis of individual activities of Fozzy Group, preparation of analytical reports (P&L, Cash Flow, unit economics, factor plan-fact analysis, etc.).
• Analysis and monitoring of financial indicators, budgets, forecasts, as well as the profitability of individual projects and commercial initiatives.
• Participation in the construction of financial models for evaluating business development options
• Participation in the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly financial forecasts, long-term plans for external users (auditors and bankers).
• Preparation of Power Point presentations and writing analytical reports.
• Cooperation with other company departments to collect and analyze the necessary data.

Our requirements:

• Higher economic education
• Experience as a financial analyst from 3 years.
• Practical experience in budgeting, calculation and analysis of P&L, Cash Flow, unit economics.
• Ability to read accounting reports and basic accounting knowledge.
• High level of MS Excel proficiency, including experience with large arrays of data.
• Communication, analytical skills, attention to details and responsibility.
• Focus on solving problems: willingness to flexibly approach problems and quickly find effective solutions when there is no obvious algorithm.
• Willingness to learn and willingness to work in conditions of development of new processes and business directions in the Company.
