Financial analyst in Global HR Solutions

Our client is an international company specializing in the production of ready-made feed for animals, including agricultural (farm) and domestic, as well as in the wholesale trade of grains, seeds and fodder.

We are looking for a candidate for the position -Financial analyst.

Requirements:

• Higher education (finance, accounting or related areas);
• Experience in financial controlling or FP&A
• Experience with 1C, knowledge of M3 ERP will be an advantage;
• A confident user of MS Office;
• Knowledge of Power BI preferred;
• English is above average.

Responsibilities:

• Control the process of monthly closing of financial periods;
• Develop financial and operational indicators, budgets, monitoring and reporting standards (weekly, monthly, annually)
• Analyze and plan operating expenses (OPEX) in cooperation with those responsible for budgets;
• Evaluate investment projects (CAPEX), conduct post-implementation control and maintain a register of fixed assets;
• Participate in the planning and control cycle: preparation of a 3-year development plan, annual budgets, reporting on actual results;
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis that will help the business achieve its targets;
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, especially in the field of finance and administration;
• Implement uniform accounting policies and standards in accordance with legislation and corporate requirements.
