One of the largest developer holdings of Ukraine, which implements large-scale projects in the ppremium real estate segment, in connection with the expansion of the financial block, invites a financial analyst to the team, who will take an active part in the transformation of the company's financial processes.

Key role

This is not just a position for the preparation of reports - you you will influence management decisions, the architecture of financial systems and the development of management accounting in the company.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Structuring and development of financial databases
• Participation in the automation project of financial and accounting systems
• Formation of operational and management reporting
• Preparation of analytical materials and conclusions for management
• Participation in the implementation of management accounting methodology and the transition to a new accounting model
• Preparation of financial and analytical reports at the request of top management

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher economic / financial education
• Experience in budgeting, management accounting, financial planning
• Practical experience of automating financial processes or participating in such projects
• An advantage will be:
  • experience of working as a chief accountant or auditor
  • participation in the construction or transformation of accounting systems
• Deep understanding of accounting and management accounting
• Analytical thinking, systematic, ability to work with large data sets
• Confident mastery of 1C, Excel, Power BI
