Chief specialist of the department for calculating the cost of medical services of the Department of the strategy of universal coverage of the population with medical services

Main functional and job responsibilities:

Participation in the development of the project of the PMG 2023 Implementation Procedure, preparation of materials for making changes to the PMG 2022 Implementation Procedure.

Formation of calculations for the PMG project 2022-2024 at all stages of the budget process (calculations for the PMG project 2022-2024 in the areas of primary medical care, emergency medical care, reimbursement, specialized medical care).

Participation in working groups on costing (calculation of the capitation rate for the provision of primary medical care, etc.), performing the duties of the secretary of these groups.

Preparation of proposals for individual documents used in the budget process, various analytical materials and calculations for PMG. Monitoring and making changes to limits for packages of medical services.
Main requirements for candidates:

Desired work experience:

Experience in the position of head of the structural division of planning and financial work or chief specialist of the Center for Medical Services for at least 2 years (preferably in the budget, medical sphere).

Knowledge of NPA, work experience in cost planning and calculations to Budget request.

Excellent skills in working with basic computer programs (MS Office, accounting programs).

Ability to analyze, compare, work with large arrays of data, combine several sources into one array, separate some data from different sources and create a single one.



Additional requirements:

A confident user of MS Office (Excel -  summary tables, slices of data, complex formulas according to conditions, formation of automatic checks)
