Financial analyst in BUDHAB

Budhab is one of the leaders of the construction equipment (formwork) market in Ukraine. We are one of the top three players in the industry, growing rapidly, scaling projects, expanding our team and infrastructure.

We are looking for a talented and experienced financier/financial analyst to join our team. Our candidate must have deep knowledge of financial analysis, excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting financial analysis, preparing reports and presentations.
• Analysis of the company's financial indicators, identifying trends and providing recommendations.
• Development and implementation of financial models for forecasting and planning.
• Participation in budgeting and budget execution control.
• Building and coordination of financial control and internal audit processes.
• Interaction with banks, by investors.
• Evaluation of investment projects and providing recommendations on their feasibility.
• Preparation and presentation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Interaction with other departments to collect and analyze financial information.
• Monitoring market trends and their impact on the financial condition of the company.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics, accounting or related specialties.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets (functions, pivot tables, modeling).
• Experience with financial programs and systems (eg BAS).
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Responsibility, initiative and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

It will be a plus:

• Availability of professional certificates (CFA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Work experience in international companies.
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
