We are looking forChief designer of multimedia objects as a creative leader in the promo team and of design.

Among the functional responsibilities (future tasks):

• develop and implement creative concepts that fulfill the tasks of brands and platforms of the Society.
• create graphic design of broadcast products, design of promotional materials, multimedia projects independently and in cooperation with team.
• adapt / coordinate the adaptation of the design concept to different media.
• support design projects from receiving the brief to the transfer of final results to the internal customer.
• communicate within the team: set and mentor tasks for graphic / motion designers, 3-D modelers, etc., provide feedback, approve results - to guarantee quality product.
• presentation of creative solutions to the team and, if desired, to the internal client.

We are looking for a designer who:

• has a professional education.
• 2+ years of experience as a designer.
• has design experience television programs, channels, films and other broadcast projects (can effectively manage a team of motion designers, conduct art direction of processes).
• develops a creative concept, prepares and checks a graphic package in accordance with the project brief, brand guidelines and technical requirements.
• has Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, etc.)
• understands design systematically, has a managerial mindset.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 10am-7pm (remote/hybrid)
