The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of war, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
Response Consortium:Providing multi-sectoral humanitarian aid to the conflict-affected population in Ukraine, which is implemented with the support of the US government. Within the framework of the project, comprehensive protection services are provided for the affected, vulnerable population groups in the cities and regions of Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa and Zaporizhzhia. Among the activities of the project, in particular, legal, psychological support, social services and the provision of sectoral financial assistance.
BF "Right to Protection" is looking for a candidate for the position of registrar in the city of Kharkiv (Kharkiv Region).
Benefit Registrarreports to the Head of the Registrars Team.
Responsibilities of the registrar of monetary assistance include processing information and general support of the Fund's activities, in particular, but not limited to the following:
Registration of internally displaced persons;
Recipients of assistance;
Working with conflict situations;
Reporting on the results of the work done;
Adherence to agreed program criteria and rules;
Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Foundation policies.
Having your own car will be an advantage.
Required skills/qualifications
Preferred higher education;
Awareness of humanitarian principles and standards of human rights;
Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Readiness for business trips within the region;
Readiness to travel to areas with high and highest risk;
Good communication skills;
Tolerance;
Proficiency in Ukrainian, understanding of Russian and knowledge of English;
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines;
Ability to work closely with team members;
Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
Self-motivation, initiative, flexibility.

The Foundation offers the successful candidate contract until March 31, 2026 continuable, which depends on further funding and personal work results.
