Ukraine's largest power equipment repair company INTERENERGOSERVIS LLC is looking for aHead of the Operational Improvement Department

Required professional experience:

• Experience in management positions for at least 3 years (preferably in manufacturing companies).
• Experience in project implementation.

Professional competencies (required know what skills and abilities to possess)

• Practical skills of working with lean production tools.
• Practical skills of working with statistical data, data analysis and Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Practical skills of working with project management system tools.
• Skills of preparation and presentation presentations

Special skills (knowledge of programs, equipment, languages)

• Confident use of the MS Office suite of programs, especially PowerPoint, Excel.
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and Russian languages.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnosing the efficiency of the company's business processes. Calculation of the efficiency improvement potential and the economic effect of the proposed initiatives / projects.
2. Ensuring the implementation and further control of operational improvement proposals (projects) obtained as a result of diagnostics or as initiatives for replication.
3. Project management at the enterprise.
4. Ensuring the functioning of the employee idea management system.
5. Formation and evaluation of employee KPE (definition KPI, methods of evaluating indicators, threshold values, assessment of the ambition of indicators)
6. Organization and training of personnel in the tools of the continuous improvement system.
7. Conducting regular effective communications about the status and achievements in the direction of increasing the efficiency of operational and business processes.
