Cash assistance registrar in The Right to Protection, CF

BF "Right to Protection" (Fund) is a charitable organization that focuses on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and carries out programs of providing direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.

Registrar of cash assistance in the city of Sumy (Sumy Oblast) reports to the Team Leader registrars.

The responsibilities of the registrar of monetary assistance include information processing and general support of the Fund's activities, in particular, but not limited to the following:

• Registration internally displaced persons to receive financial assistance;
• Providing consultations;
• Working with conflict situations;
• Reporting on the results of the work carried out;
• Following the agreed criteria and rules of the program;
• Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Foundation policies; 
• Preference is given to candidates who have their own car.

Required skills/qualifications

• Higher education;
• Awareness of humanitarian principles and standards of human rights;
• Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Readiness for substantial work in the "fields" (outside the office);
• Good communication skills;
• Tolerance;
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language (understanding of Russian);
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
• Ability to work closely with team members;
• Good analytical abilities and attention to details;
• Self-motivation, initiative, flexibility.

The Foundation offers the successful candidate contract until March 31, 2026 with the possibility of extension depending on further funding and personal performance.
