Cash assistance registrar in The Right to Protection, CF

PF "Right to Protection" (Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and carries out direct legal aid programs throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights. humanitarian aid to the population affected by the conflict in Ukraine, which is implemented with the support of the US government. Within the framework of the project, comprehensive protection services are provided for the affected, vulnerable population groups in the cities and regions of Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa and Zaporizhzhia. Among the activities of the project, in particular, are legal and psychological support, social services and the provision of sectoral monetary assistance.

BF "Right to Protection" is looking for a candidate for the position of registrar in the city of Zaporizhzhia (Zaporizhia Region).

The cash assistance registrarreports to the head of the team of registrars.

Responsibilities of the cash assistance registrar include information processing and general support of the Fund's activities, in particular, but not limited to the following:

• Registration of internally displaced persons to receive financial assistance;
• Providing consultations to recipients of assistance;
• Working with conflict situations;
• Reporting on the results of the work carried out;
• Following the agreed criteria and rules of the program;
• Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and other policies of the Foundation.
• Having your own car will be an advantage.

Necessary skills/qualification

• Higher education;
• Awareness of humanitarian principles and human rights standards;
• Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Readiness for business trips within the region;
• Readiness for trips to areas with high and highest risk;
• Good communication skills;
• Tolerance;
• Proficiency in Ukrainian, understanding of Russian and knowledge of English;
• Ability to work independently withmeeting deadlines;
• Ability to work closely with team members;
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Self-motivation, initiative, flexibility.

The Foundation offers the successful candidate a contract until March 31, 2026 with the possibility of extension, subject to further funding and personal work results.
