The International Charitable Foundation "Caritas of Ukraine" announces a competition for the vacant position of Leading Expert.

Project ?Protection of humanitarian workers?

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring the implementation of the project.
• Ensuring the achievement of the project goals and tasks.
• Carrying out the support of the beneficiaries.
• Carrying out the collection, processing and analysis of the documents provided beneficiaries.
• Communication and support of professional relations with non-governmental organizations.
• Ensuring data collection regarding project implementation.
• Monitoring activities through visits to project beneficiaries.
• Communication with representatives of local self-government bodies.
• Maintaining project documentation and preparing reports in accordance with the requirements of Caritas of Ukraine and donors of the project.
• Ensuring compliance of activities within the project with the policies and procedures of Caritas of Ukraine.
• Coordinating own activities with the project manager.

Requirements:

• Full higher education (management of organizations or related fields).
• Experience in project management for at least 2 years.
• Experience in the field of public administration or interaction with state authorities and local self-government bodies.
• Experience in the implementation of project activities from 2 years.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Fundamentals of project activity.
• Fundamentals of technologies for successful project implementation.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English.
• Monitoring skills and project evaluation tools.
• Organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability quickly, competently and interestingly prepare and present information about the project
• Possession of the skills of quick and interesting preparation and presentation of information about the project.
• Ability to contribute to the development of the team.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, search engines, the Internet, etc.).

Personal qualities:

• Ability to plan work and set priorities.
• Communicability.
• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with the aim of forming trusting relationships with partners (ability to defend the interests of the organization and target groups of projects).
• Ability to work both independently and in team.
• Responsibility.
• Highly organized, punctual and disciplined.
• Initiative.
• Dayorderliness.
