In this role you will

• Prepare financial reports and analyze financial information necessary for management decision-making.
• Conduct financial analysis to increase profitability, optimize costs and improve cash flows.
• Manage the preparation of project budgets and monitor their usage, ensuring compliance with plans.
• Analyze costs, pricing, sales performance and actual performance against business plans.
• Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the project, including payments, inquiries and other transactions.
• Support bank, EMI and PSP account registration process, including KYC, compliance and audit procedures.
• Analyze existing financial systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Implement strategies to reduce costs and improve operations
• Work closely with the team to optimize processes and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and participate in special projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, accounting, finance, management or related field areas.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an IT company, Big4 or an international company in the areas of consulting, audit or FMCG.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets and analytical tools (e.g. Power BI).

• Strong analytical and problem-oriented skills with a structured, data-driven approach.
