We are opening an opportunity for a Finance Manager (Strong Middle) who will help us ensure financial discipline, data accuracy, process control and management reporting quality. This is a role with a high level of responsibility and direct interaction with the CFO.

What will be on your task list:

Control and processes (main focus):

• Participation in the month closing process: checking expenses, data verification, reconciliation of indicators between teams.
• Control of compliance with financial procedures and policies.
• Support of internal financial controls (governance & quality assurance).
• Checking the correctness of data before preparing management reporting.

FP&A and budgeting (the second part of the role):

• Analyzing the plan/fact on expenses and forming conclusions.
• Collection, verification and consolidation of budget data from departments.
• Preparation or coordination of management financial reporting.
• Participation in forecasting and updating budgets.
• Interaction with operations, financial teams and CFO - to clarify data, goals and indicators.

What is important to us:

• You have 3+ years of experience in the positions of financial manager / controller / financial analyst.
• You have experience working with procedures, policies and internal controls.
• You understand the process of closing the month and working with financial data.
• You work confidently with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic automation).
• You know the basics of management accounting, budgeting and financial analysis well.
• Structuration, attention to detail and the ability to work with a large amount of data are a must.
• You have experience in participating in the budget process (collection, verification, consolidation).
• Able to present the results of the analysis in simple words.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in IT, EdTech or Digital
• Experience of working in the Big 4
• Understanding the structure of P&L and Cash Flow.
• Working with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
• Experience in automating financial processes or working with ERP systems
