Head of Finance / Finance Director (iGaming Performance Marketing)

CashBee is a performance marketing agency with a focus on iGaming and Tier-1 markets. We scale products with data, analytics and profitable media buying models.
We are now looking for a Head of Finance / Finance Director who will build the financial architecture of the agency and become a key link in strategic development

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years in finance, FP&A or management analytics (Head of Finance / Finance Director / Senior Analyst / CFO-track);

• Experience in performance marketing, iGaming, high-risk fintech or digital business is a big advantage;

• Deep expertise in financial models and unit economics;

• Understanding P&L, multi-currency Cash Flow, working with complex revenue structures;

• Ability to work with volatile business models and high uncertainty;

• Desired knowledge of international taxation and corporate structures;

• Google Sheets / Excel (advanced): modeling, automation, scenarios;

• BI systems: Tableau / Looker Studio / Power BI;

• Working with systems: Quickbooks, Xero or similar;

• Strategy, autonomy, building processes from scratch;

• Ability to make decisions based on data, proactivity.

Your tasks:

• Building the financial model of the agency and individual areas (JV and Affiliate);

• Budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling;

• Formation of unit economics: CPA, FTD, ROI, LTV, CAC, Payback, NGR/GGR;

• Risk analysis and recommendations for optimizing income and cost structure;

• Working with multi-currency operations and FX risks;

• Optimization of payment infrastructure;

• Building KPI systems: EBITDA, Margin, ROI, ROAS, Burn Rate, Payback;

• Automation of reporting, creation of financial dashboards and BI showcases;

• Analysis of project profitability and recommendations to management;

• Building of financial accounting: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow (management and control);

• Control of media buying budgets, costs and regulations;

• Implementation of internal financial policies and processes;

• Integration of financial data with BI and tracking systems;

• Participation in launching new directions and scaling the agency.
