GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy food, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

NGOGreenlandia in partnership with the Danish Council for Refugees in Ukraine(DRC) invites field officerfor the successful completion of project tasks.

Main tasks:

• Conducting field visits in communities to collect data, assess needs and monitor the situation;
• Supporting the team in the selection of recipients of support according to project criteria;
• Managing cases, filling out questionnaires, collecting documents and entering information into databases;
• Conducting information meetings and individual consultations with people who apply for assistance;
• Interaction with local communities, representatives of authorities and partners;
• Preparation of reports, participation in team meetings and trainings.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working with communities, in the public sector, social or humanitarian projects will be an advantage;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work with people from different social groups and build trusting relationships;
• Attention to details, responsibility, ability to work in a team;
• Basic skills of working with spreadsheets, data collection forms (Excel, Kobo, Google Forms, etc.);
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language (oral and written).

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in the field of protection, social support or monitoring the needs of the population;
• Skills in conducting surveys or social interviews.

Working schedule:From Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30.
