Specialist in the provision of services in support of evacuation and social transportation of the population affected by hostilities

GO "Proliska" is a non-commercial, non-political humanitarian organization, which since 2014 provides comprehensive protection of the affected population. We work on the frontline: from evacuation and psychological support to housing restoration and social support.

We are looking for a motivated specialist for the position of a service provider in the support of evacuation and social transportation of the population affected by hostilities, who will provide administrative, communication and logistical support to the team in order to effectively implement project activities, as well as support the organization regarding safe social transportation and evacuation activities.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Education: higher education (the presence of psychological education will be an advantage.)
• Experience: work experience in the humanitarian sector, non-profit organizations or UN agencies will be an advantage. 
• Languages: fluent in Ukrainian.
• Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Professional skills: advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, KoVo-forms), business correspondence skills, analytical thinking.

Services that have be provided:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the transit center, including the organization and control of the process of issuing humanitarian aid in kind;

• Carrying out activities at intermediate evacuation points with the aim of effective coordination of project activities,;

• Conducting information and explanatory work among the population regarding the areas of project activity, available services and mechanisms for receiving aid.

• Preparation of short updates, analytical reports and reports on the current humanitarian situation in the area of responsibility.

• Coordination of evacuation flights, including processing of requests, planning and organization of transportation, as well as meeting and escorting at all stages of displacement.

• Organization and control of social transport, implementation of monitoring visits to assess the quality of services provided and preparation of the corresponding report documentation.

• Digitization, arrangement and maintenance of databases, ensuring the relevance and correctness of information.
