Charitable foundation Strength for the Strong is looking for a volunteer team coordinator who works with organizing the contact base and internal system of interactions.

We are forming a small team of volunteers (6 people) who help organize data and maintain order in databases. We need a person who can organize this work, coordinate the team and improve internal processes.

This role is at the intersection of coordination, analytics and process thinking.

Main tasks

• coordinate the work of volunteers (distribution of tasks and control of deadlines);
• check the quality of entered data;
• help analyze complex or ambiguous cases;
• answer team questions;
• fix typical errors and propose process improvements;
• analyze what is inconvenient in the structure of the portal or database;
• initiate changes and improvements to the system logic.

Necessary skills

We are looking for a person who:

• has strong critical thinking;
• sees logic in processes and can improve them;
• is not afraid to take responsibility;
• can work with people calmly and constructively;
• attentive to details;
• has experience with spreadsheets, CRM or databases;
• thinks systematically and proposes solutions, not just performs tasks.

Will be a big plus

• experience in team coordination;
• experience in working with internal systems or processes;
• interest in building structures and optimizing work.
