"Tenth of April" is a non-governmental organization that works to improve the protection of the population affected by the conflict by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes legislative changes, community involvement in emergency response and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with the authorities and supporting their capacity, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups. ? Individual and group counseling for center visitors;

? Planning and conducting events on the basis of the center;

? Conducting information and outreach work with visitors to the center;

? Participate in the development and distribution of thematic ?materials;

? Participate in work meetings, meetings on organizational issues

? Make a reportno notes, descriptive reports with quantitative and qualitative indicators and other internal organizational documentation;

? Provide accurate, meaningful and timely statistical and analytical information for reports, other project documentation;

? Redirecting beneficiaries according to their ?need to appropriate institutions;

? Perform other duties as required.

?Qualification Requirements:

? Knowledge and experience in facilitating groups;

? Competences and experience in organizing events;

? Experience in the administration of institutions;

? Experience and willingness to work with young people;

? Proactivity;

? Experience working in non-profit and/or humanitarian organizations would be an advantage;

? Knowledge of the English language (level from B1) will be an advantage;

? Readiness for business trips;

? The candidate is expected to learn quickly and adapt;

? Excellent computer skills? (MSOffice required).
