? Individual and group counseling for center visitors;

? Planning and conducting events on the basis of the center;

? Carrying out information and explanatory work with visitors to the center;

? Participate in the development and distribution of thematic materials;

? Participate in work meetings, meetings on organizational issues

? Compile report notes, opsreports with quantitative and qualitative indicators and other internal organizational documentation;

? Provide accurate, meaningful and timely statistical and analytical information for reports, other project documentation;

? Referral of beneficiaries according to their needs to appropriate institutions;

Qualification Requirements:

? Knowledge and experience of group facilitation;

? Competencies and experience in organizing events;

? Experience in the administration of institutions;

? Experience and willingness to work with youth;

? Proactivity;

? Experience working in a non-profit and/or humanitarian organization would be an advantage;

? Knowledge of the English language (level from B1) will be an advantage;

? Readiness for business trips;

? The candidate is expected to learn and adapt quickly;

? Excellent computer skills (must be MSOffice).
