Facilitator in the mobile brigade in Mirne Nebo Harkova, BF, BO

A critically important organization - the "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" charitable foundation - invites the cooperation of a Facilitator as part of a mobile brigade for the implementation of a charity project aimed at providing medical and psychosocial support to the population affected by military operations. The project is implemented in the communities of the Kharkiv region.

Duration of the project until 31.12.2026

The facilitator will play a key role in establishing communication between the community and the team project and local services, ensuring timely registration of beneficiaries and people's access to assistance.

Main duties:

• Organization and conducting of field information sessions as part of a mobile team.

• Registration of beneficiaries in accordance with the requirements of the project and donors;

• Establishment of effective communication between participants, support of team interaction in field conditions;

• Informing people about available types of aid and services;

• Participation in trips to specified locations within the city limits;

• Ensuring compliance with the principles of confidentiality, ethics, equality and inclusiveness when working with groups;

• Maintaining basic reporting and transferring data to the project coordinator;

• Working in close cooperation with the foundation team to plan and improve activities.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working with people in social, humanitarian or community projects - desirable;

• Education in the field of social work, psychology, pedagogy, management or related areas is an advantage;

• Ability to work with different groups of people and quickly respond to changes in the situation;

• Developed communication skills and the ability to establish trusting relationships relationships;

• Responsibility, organization and emotional stability;
