We are currently looking forDigital Marketing Manager, which will systematically develop digital marketing within the company and lay a solid foundation for improving the promotion of current projects and the development of new ones.
LCDAnalysis of the market situation and testing of new promotion channels / offers / audiences
Working with lead generation contractors

Setting up and controlling telephony (substitute numbers, etc.)Coordinating work on the development of the developer's websiteproduction of TK

UX/UI updates and improvements

Coordination of SEO promotion work
Youtube channel administration
Analysis of data in information systems (Google Analytics / CRM / Chess) and formation of proposals for improving indicators
Participation in the development and implementation of end-to-end analytics
Cooperation with other company departments (sales / business analytics / PR)
Push and Viber/sms mailings
Administration of content on sites
Creating monthly reports on digital
The associated tasks are related to settlements with contractors and control of their work
Requirements:
3 years of experience in digital marketing
Experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok and other channels
Work experiencewith CRM systems (for example, Bitrix24, HubSpot)
Experience with aggregator sites (LUN, Dom.Ria) and online lead generation
Skills in working with email, push and Viber/SMS tools
Basic skills in working with design and banners (Photoshop, Canva, Figma)
Skills in budgeting and ROI analysis of advertising campaigns
Strategic and analytical skills
Ability to develop digital strategies for specific business goals
Analytical thinking: testing new channels, audiences, tools
Ability to generate weekly and monthly reports on KPI and efficiency
Skills in setting tasks for contractors and internal specialists
Soft skills
High communication skills at all levels (from contractors to management)
Organization, proactivity, ability to coordinate projects in multitasking conditions
Leadership and team or agency management skills
Creativity and initiative in proposing new solutions
Would be a plus:
Experience in real estate marketing or related fields
Experience with telephony and CRM integrations
Working conditions:
Hybrid format of work in the city of Lutsk (3 days remotely + 2 days in the office; there may be a different schedule by agreement). Kyiv - remotely
Official registration in the state, cooperation on FOP is also possible
