The Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine announces the extension of the competition for experts in public and affordable housing.

The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) supports the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine in the implementation of priority reforms. The RST is a part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)[1] programme. URA is a comprehensive technical assistance programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

Important notice: only Ukrainian nationals are eligible to apply; civil servants are not eligible to apply unless 6 months have elapsed since they left such employment.
All the documents must be written in English. Candidates who have submitted incomplete documents will not be considered.

URA is financed from the Ukraine Stabilization and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account (MDA) managed by the EBRD. Contributors to the MDA are Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union.

Recovery and reform support team at the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine is a consultative body that helps the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine in implementing priority reforms. The Recovery and Reform Support Team is part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)[1] program, launched by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

Please note: are accepted for consideration documents only from citizens of Ukraine; statecivil servants cannot be considered for this position if 6 months have not passed since they were dismissed from such employment.
