Proliska public organization is a non-commercial, non-political humanitarian organization that provides comprehensive assistance since 2014 and protection of the population affected by military actions in Ukraine.
Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support of the most vulnerable people affected by military actions; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; providing assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found refuge; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the war zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the line of hostilities and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate. in the implementation of the project "Vital services for the protection and support of the civilian population affected by military operations in Ukraine", which is implemented by a consortium of Ukrainian and international organizations, each of which is responsible for its own area and applies unique expertise.
Financed with the support of UK aid from the government of Great Britain, implemented within the boundaries of the National Consortium PULSE under the coordination of the BF "Right to Protection". Support for this project in Ukraine from the UK government is provided through the SHARP component of its Humanitarian Aid, Rehabilitation and Protection Program.
From October 2025 to March 2028, the NGO "Proliska" will implement measures to support the affected population in eight regions of Ukraine - Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Chernihiv. It is planned to provide psychological support, provision of non-food products, organization of social transportation and development of capacity of local communities. The team works taking into account the security situation and implements measures to minimize risks for personnel.
I. Requirements for the contestant:
higher education in the field of social sciences, management, community development, psychology, sociology, political science or related fields.;
- Ability to work with MS Office programs (advanced user of Word, Excel programs);
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of community development, local self-government or the implementation of humanitarian programs, knowledge of international approaches (community-based, conflict-sensitive programming);
- Experience in organizing and conducting trainings for communities or community leaders, assessing needs and analyzing potentialand local structures;
Experience in programs related to mobility, transport or social integration.;
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
II. Services expected:
- Conducting research and field assessments to determine the needs, resources and readiness of communities to participate in the implementation of social transportation.
- Conducting surveys and in-depth assessments of communities to determine their administrative, technical and financial capacity to implement social initiatives of transportation.
- Preparation of analytical reports and recommendations for the further selection of communities - recipients of buses for social transportation.
- Development and conducting of educational events (trainings, workshops, consultations) for activists and representatives of local authorities to involve communities and increase their capacity.
- Supporting the formation of local leadership structures in communities for the development of local initiative, social activity and responsibility at the community level.
- Supporting communities in the development of action plans and social transportation initiatives.
- Monitoring the progress of communities on the implementation of social transportation initiatives.
- Collection of qualitative and quantitative data for project reporting.
- Collaboration with local authorities, partners and community activists to ensure the sustainable development of community social transportation initiatives transportation.
- Identification of risks, barriers and positive practices in the process of project implementation.
- Development of procedures and implementation of conflict prevention measures.
- Development of SOP (standard operating procedure) for conducting a community tender for the purchase of buses.
- Ensuring the application of a conflict-sensitive approach and principles of non-discrimination.
- Community prevention consultation conflicts related to access to transport services.
- Performing other tasks of the project manager.
