Main tasks:
- Analysis of compliance of the Transmission System Code (TSC) with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
- Monitoring the implementation of the TSC and maintaining relevant databases and registers.
Tracking changes in regulatory acts of Ukraine and the Energy Community.
- Development and support of changes and additions to the KSP.
- Interaction with company divisions and market participants of electricity.
- Preparation of materials for approval of changes by the Regulator.
- Processing of proposals and provision of consultations on KSP.
- Preparation of analytics, reports and annual report of the KSP administrator.
- Maintenance of KSP page (Ukrainian/English versions) on the site.
- Organization of work and meetings of working groups.
Our expectations:
Experience in the development of regulatory and legal acts.
Understanding the work of the Transmission System Operator (TSO).
Knowledge of legislation in the field of electricity of Ukraine.
Awareness of the regulatory framework Energy Community and ENTSO-E.
Understanding the processes of electricity production and transmission.
Knowledge of the principles of the electricity market.
English - no lower than Intermediate.
