SC "Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights" is looking for a trainer for the Project "Minimum package of integrated social services for families with children"
Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.
Tasks: development of an action plan to increase the resource capacity and personnel potential of the local system of providing social services, introduce the latest methods and forms of social work, ensure innovative approaches to the administration of social service processes with the involvement of service recipients in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the quality of social services services;
helping target communities of the Kharkiv region to develop an action plan to increase the resource capacity and personnel potential of the local system of providing social services, to introduce the latest methods and forms of social work, to ensure innovative approaches to the administration of social service processes with the involvement of service recipients in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the quality of the provision of social services;conducting, if necessary, online communication or questionnaires of the Project’s target communities in order to identify the most common problems in communities;preparation of reporting documentation based on the results of the work carried out and coordination of the developed plan with target communities of the Kharkiv region.Requirements for the candidate(s):
- higher education by specialty: pedagogy, psychology, sociology, social development, jurisprudence or another related field;
- work experience in the field of school and out-of-school education or in the social field for at least 5 years;
- awareness in the field of child rights protection and social work;
- knowledge of legislation in the field of child rights protection and social protection;
- experience of working with families with children, with families in difficult life circumstances, and socially vulnerable segments of the population;
- understanding of the specifics of the work of children's services, centers of social services and social protection;
- experience of working in the sector of non-governmental organizations is an additional advantage;
- ability to work in a team;
- ability to communicate effectively with representatives of different departments, professional groups of different levels, with experts in other fields (law, finance, housing and others);
- ability to identify interested parties and define thempositions;
- trust and self-confidence, as well as the ability to welcome this in others;
- ability to work with databases, prepare reporting documents.

- UMPD concludes a contract on the provision of services with an individual entrepreneur of the 3rd group;
