EXPERT / CONSULTANT OF THE ANALYTICAL DEPARTMENT OF THE TRAINING OF PROSECUTORS OF THE TRAINING CENTER OF PROSECUTORS OF UKRAINE

The training center of prosecutors of Ukraine is looking for a specialist who has developed communication skills, analytical thinking and a creative approach to solving tasks.

We are looking for an analyst and creator of educational content who is ready to join the professional development of justice bodies. If you know how to transform complex legal information into effective training formats - we are waiting for you!

The ability to work effectively in a team, make quick and considered decisions, as well as a high level of discipline and responsibility for the results of your work are important to us.

What we expect from candidate:

• Education: higher education (master's degree/specialist) in the fields of "Law", "Education/Pedagogy", "Social and Behavioral Sciences", "International Law".
• Experience: Work experience in the specialty at least 3 years.
• Professional knowledge:
• knowledge of criminal and criminal procedural legislation.
• knowledge of the practice of criminal justice bodies.
• understanding of modern educational technologies and interactive teaching methods.
• Skills:ability to develop educational programs in a training format.
• Personal qualities: analytical thinking, high discipline, ability to quickly make informed decisions and work for results.

Your key tasks:

1. Needs analysis: Studying and summarizing prosecutors' requests for training to create relevant content.
2. Training design: Determination of training topics, distance courses and development of training plans for trainee prosecutors.
3. Development coordination: Work with trainers on program content, implementation of innovative technologies and interactive.
4. Moderation: Support of training programs for prosecutors and other participants in the educational process.
5. Expert work: Analysis of draft laws and regulations, preparation of proposals for improving legislation and prosecutorial activity.
