The team is looking for not just a Project Manager for the organization of exhibition stands, but a person who sees the exhibition stand not only as a structure, but as a powerful tool for brand communication, and also not only manages the team, but also inspires, helping colleagues to show their talent and grow together with projects.

Must be mobile and able to attend frequent international business trips.

Requirements:

1. 2 years of experience in the field of exhibition stands.

The ability to effectively plan, prioritize tasks and manage time.

2. Skills to make informed decisions.

Experience of interacting with a team clients.

3. Skills in working with Google Workplace, graphic editors, project management systems. 

4. Availability of a laptop.

Responsibilities:

1. Interaction with clients: Communication to find out the needs of clients.
2. Coordination with designers (coordination of creative sessions), technical specialists.

Stand production: Full responsibility for the preparation and organization of stands at exhibitions — from design to installation, submission of technical documentation, logistics.

3. Working with technical documentation: familiarization with documentation from the exhibition, detailed study of manuals, submission of documents for building Knowledge of materials used in production will be a plus.

4. Management of budgets: Cost control, budgeting and task execution within the budget.
