GO "Green-Landia" in partnership with International humanitarian organization"CARE" invites asecurity officer to successfully complete project tasks Women's Leadership in Emergencies, which aims to increase women's participation in decision-making at the level of war-affected communities through the development of their leadership skills and involvement to solving socially important issues.

Main tasks:

• Creation of a comprehensive security system for the organization and employees;
• Development of detailed action plans for employees in the event of various types of emergency situations;
• Regular training and training for employees with the aim of increasing their awareness of safety rules and practicing actions in emergency situations;
• Conducting regular assessment of security risks and developing measures to minimize them;
• Creating a safe working environment for employees of the organization, especially during trips and missions.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of work in the field of security for at least 2 years;
• Experience of work in state institutions, Charitable organizations, Foundations will be an advantage;
• Deep knowledge in the field of security, including physical security and risk management;
• Skills in the development and implementation of security systems;
• Experience in conducting exercises and trainings;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Readiness for non-standard situations and quick decision-making;
• FOP of the 3rd group (required) or readiness to open a FOP.
