The company is looking for an experienced and responsible candidate for the position of "Executive Director" with at least 5 years of experience to lead our innovative company. We specialize in the production of edible glasses for cold and hot drinks and have ambitious development plans.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of company strategies to increase the efficiency and productivity of the company
• Setting up sales of the company's products
• Ensuring the fulfillment of commercial indicators companies
• Working with suppliers
• Negotiations with partners and customers
• Participating in negotiations and communications with company partners
• Performing other tasks of the owner business related to business activities
• Coordinating work with all employees to ensure their effective and smooth operation
• Representing the interests of the company/owner in all business processes
• Reporting before the owner of the company

Requirements:

• Work experience from 5 years
• Higher education (marketing / economics / finance)
• Excellent management skills and personnel management experience
• Strategic thinking and the ability to make important decisions
• High level of communication and negotiation skills
• Availability of own car
